At MOB WRLD, every drop is produced in limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity of the brand. We encourage all customers to check sizing, colours and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Our Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size ordered.

Incorrect colour or style selected.

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).

All sales are considered final, except where your rights under UK consumer law apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Once an order has been placed, it cannot usually be cancelled or amended.
