Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, restocks and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

If your parcel is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier first. We will do our best to assist where possible.
